How does auto-renewal work?

Auto-renewal keeps your subscription active, so you never lose internet access while traveling.

Your Global plan renews automatically every month.
Your full data allowance refreshes on every renewal date, so each month starts with everything you paid for.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. In the app, open Settings (the gear icon, top right), tap Manage subscription, then tap Cancel subscription. On the web, go to Profile, then Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription. Your eSIM stays active until the end of the current billing period, and no future charges are made after that.
