Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to better suit your needs.

If you're running low on data or want a bigger plan with a better rate per GB, upgrading is easy. Downgrading works the same way if you need less data.

You can change your plan in the app or on the web.

How to upgrade

• Open our Global plans page, pick a bigger plan, and tap Continue.
• Or change it yourself:
• In the app: Settings (the gear icon, top right) then Manage subscription then Change plan.
• On the web: Profile then Manage subscription then Change plan.

Downgrading works the same way.
