Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to better suit your needs.

If you're running low on data or want a bigger plan with a better rate per GB, upgrading is easy. Downgrading works the same way if you need less data.

For now, you can change your plan on the web. Go to our Global plans page, pick the plan that fits your data needs, and click Continue to switch. We're working on bringing this to the app too.
