Can I keep my WhatsApp / Telegram number while using eSIM?

Yes, your WhatsApp or Telegram number stays the same. Ohayu eSIMs are data-only, so they don't include a phone number of their own, but that doesn't affect your apps. Both use your existing number only for identification, not for the connection itself.

How it works

Once you verify your account, WhatsApp and Telegram keep working through any internet connection, whether that is Wi-Fi or mobile data from your Ohayu eSIM. Your number, chats, and contacts stay exactly as they are. The eSIM simply gives you data to stay online while abroad.
