Rabat-Salé airport is small and has free terminal Wi-Fi, but many visitors arrive by train from Casablanca instead - the line is frequent and fast, and Rabat Agdal station is central.

Where to buy a SIM card in Rabat?
Operator shops in Agdal and the Ville Nouvelle, plus Mega Mall. Passport registration required. Rabat is an easier place to do this than the tourist cities - less queue, less markup.
Is Rabat well covered compared with Casablanca?
Comparably, and it is a smaller and less congested city, so it often feels better in practice. Casablanca measures faster on paper at about 142 Mbps, but Rabat's administrative districts are consistently served and the tram makes the city easy to move around.
Should I fly here or to Casablanca?
Casablanca has far more routes and the train to Rabat takes about an hour, so most people arrive that way. Rabat-Salé is convenient if a direct flight suits you - it is small and close to the centre.
