What is an Ohayu Unlimited plan?

An Ohayu Unlimited plan is a fixed-length, data-only eSIM that keeps you connected for your whole trip without counting GB or worrying about running out. You get a full-speed 3GB data allowance each day, and then 1Mbps that is sufficient for browsing, maps navigation and music streaming.

Plan lengths and price

Unlimited plans last 5, 10, 15, or 30 days. The price depends on the country and the plan length. The country page shows it before you buy.

You can buy the plan ahead of your trip and activate it anytime within 30 days of purchase. The plan length starts when your eSIM connects to a supported network at your destination.

What unlimited means here

Unlimited means you don't buy a fixed GB package, so you never count data or worry about running out. You stay connected for the whole plan length.

Each day you get up to 3 GB at full speed. After that your connection keeps working at a slower 1 Mbps, with full speed back the next day. That slower speed still handles everyday things like maps, messaging, email, and social media.

Where Unlimited plans work

Unlimited plans are available in selected countries. Open your destination on the country list or in the app. If the country supports it, the Unlimited plan shows next to the regular GB plans.

Each Unlimited plan covers one country. It does not follow you across borders. If your trip covers more than one country, buy an Unlimited plan for each one, or use a Global eSIM plan for a single plan that works in many countries.

If your destination has no Unlimited option, choose a regular country plan or a Global eSIM plan instead.

What you get

• Data only. Unlimited plans don't include a phone number for calls or SMS.
• Hotspot is supported, so you can share data with a laptop, tablet, or another phone.
• You can keep your primary SIM active for calls and SMS while Ohayu handles mobile data.

You can pay for an Unlimited plan with Ohayu Credits, with a Pro Membership, or with a one-time discount code.

Top-ups, renewal, and what happens when your plan ends

Top-ups to add more days are not available on Unlimited plans yet. You can't add days to an active plan, and the plan length is set when you buy. We keep improving Unlimited plans, and a way to extend them is one of the things we are working on. When it is available you will see it in the app.

Your plan runs at full daily speed for its whole length. When the length is over, you buy a new plan whenever you need data again. Unlimited plans don't auto-renew, so there is no monthly bill and nothing is charged on its own.

If your plan ends and you still need data in the same country:

1. Open the Ohayu app.
2. Buy a new Unlimited plan for the same country, or choose a country plan or a Global eSIM plan instead.
3. Activate the new plan on the same device.

You can keep more than one eSIM installed on your phone if your device supports it.

Refunds and money-back

The money-back guarantee works the same as it does for country plans. If you have a problem with your Unlimited plan, contact support@ohayu.com within 30 days of purchase and the team will review your case. The Refund Policy sets out the full rules.
