Are there any speed restrictions on the data plans?

It depends on the plan. Standard country plans and the 10 GB Global plan have no speed limits or throttling from Ohayu side. Unlimited country plans include a daily full-speed allowance, shown before you buy. The Unlimited Global plan runs at full speed for the first 30 GB each month, then you stay connected at 1 Mbps until your next month starts.
