If you can’t scan the QR code, please check the following first:

  • Make sure the QR code is clear and fully visible
  • Increase the screen brightness on the device displaying the code
  • Clean your camera lens and confirm the camera is working

If scanning still doesn’t work, you can install your eSIM using the manual activation code.
